Update - Triage system

Dear patients
From the 15th April 2024 our triage system will be changing.
If you are able please use our online appointment request facility eConsult.
If you are unable to use the eConsult system please either call us or pop into the practice and the reception team will happy to help you.
The reception team will ask you:
- How can we help?
- When did the problem start?
- What have you tried already?
- Is there any particular help you would like?
Once we have received your eConsult/request via reception our clinical team will triage you to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service. To help triage you correctly please give as much information in your eConsult as possible, and please answer our receptionists’ questions.
Your request will then be responded to with an appointment, further advice, or a self-referral link.
