When to Contact Us
Prior to booking trip:
If you have health concerns and are unsure of the suitability of a particular destination we are able to offer advice on the suitability of particular vaccinations.
After trip booked:
As soon as a trip is booked each member of the party travelling should complete a Travel Risk Assessment Form. Please click on the link below to download the form or go to the website link

The clinic would then be able to formulate a plan of advice and a vaccination schedule if required. Please note that some vaccinations can take several weeks to be fully active. If you seek advice too close to your departure date you run the risk of not being fully covered. We recommend contacting us at least twelve weeks prior to departure.
Malaria prophylaxis usually needs to be started two weeks before you depart. Some vaccinations involve a whole course of injections which may take up to six months.
Some vaccinations are not available on the NHS, the practice nurse will be able to advise you of these.
